Happy new moon dear friends.
I wanted to offer a simple 20 minute meditation for you to use to ground yourself at the start of this new cycle - to set intentions and realign with what truly matters to you.
Creating a better life starts with being intentional about the life you want to create. The new moon is a natural time of new beginnings and is associated with planting and nurturing new seeds.
Here a few questions to ponder or journal following the meditation:
What things resource you?
What makes you feel good?
What centres and grounds you?
What provides you nourishment?
How do you most want to feel?
Answering the above prompts can be helpful in realigning your actions and intentions with what matters most to you.
