As we come to the end of 2023, I want to share a personal win from this year — my journey to defeat the dreaded belly bloat. 🎈 I am sharing this as a celebration of my achievement and efforts, and also to encourage others on their health journey, to help them see that this is possible.
I’ve been battling gut health issues for years. I was tested for celiac (negative results) and slapped with a (lazy) IBS diagnosis and told to avoid certain foods.
Well that wasn’t good enough for me. I decided to do my own investigation, plus sought the help of a functional medicine trained nutritionist. And the result? I finally overcame the bloat and healed my gut!! 🥳
